How can we help you?

What's the fastest way of reaching my destination from the airports at Zurich, Geneva or Basel?

From the airport straight to the highest mountain peaks: there’s nowhere in the world as easy for getting around on public transport as Switzerland. The rail, bus and boat network covers around 29,000km and every travel destination. When the train arrives, the boats and public buses are already there waiting for you. The timetables make it possible to depart for all the important destinations every half an hour – even at 3,000 metres above sea level, there are regular connections available.

Of course, Swiss airports have also been seamlessly integrated into the public transport network. Switzerland’s two largest airports – Zurich and Geneva – have their own train station within the airport building. Trains operate at regular intervals in all areas of Switzerland between 6:00 a.m. and midnight. From EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Fribourg, you can reach Basel train station by bus in just 11 minutes. The journey to and from the airport is covered by the Swiss Travel System tickets.
