What is the GoldenPass Panoramic and what route does it follow?

Lake Geneva, vineyards and impressive castles: The GoldenPass Panoramic links the riviera with typically Swiss mountain landscape.

The premium panoramic train winds its leisurely way from Zweisimmen in the Bernese Oberland to fashionable Montreux on Lake Geneva. Along the way, it passes majestic castles and herds of grazing cows before finally crossing the border between French and German-speaking Switzerland. The last leg of the journey is a meandering descent and disembarking passengers immediately encounter the Mediterranean flair of Montreux.

Aside from a valid ticket, there are no obligatory surcharges. Seat reservations for individual travellers are recommended, but not required. The Swiss Travel Pass is valid along the entire route.

Reserve a seat on the GoldenPass Panoramic.
